The dining scene at The Royal Inn is proper lush! The evening meal was a stunner—beef rib got rave reviews at our table, and the breakfast spread was a hearty choice. Plus, the staff nailed my son’s dietary needs, which made our dining experience even sweeter.
The only hiccup was with the bar measures. there were a few stumbles with the spirit levels. This might be a training thing, so a little TLC from management would sort that right out.

would definitely book here again
Beautifully furnished room with carpet, desk, electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and heating. Huge private bathroom with luxury fixtures was a treat. Stunning views over the Severn estuary made it special. Breakfast had excellent variety, with cooked options at around £10.50. Cozy garden seating added to the charm.

The Double Room with Sea View impresses with stunning views over the Severn estuary, visually striking and peaceful. The historic property retains charm but may lack modern conveniences one might expect in newer hotels.
Check-in felt awkward, with the attendant seemingly preoccupied, leaving us standing for a while without acknowledgment. Our room lacked basic amenities like a luggage stand and adequate toiletries, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Ventilation wasn't great. opening the windows was limited, leading to a stuffy room. breakfast service was chaotic, with a long wait time and a simple menu that didn't meet expectations. For those needing more refreshing morning options, this could be disappointing.

Couple getaway for relaxation
Arrived for our stay, and I'll tell you, the staff went above and beyond. They helped me when I accidentally left my watch behind, finding it and sending it back on their dime. the breakfast? Unbelievable value, fresh and a spread that made each morning something to look forward to.
It wasn't the cheapest place around, but honestly, you get what you pay for in this kind of setup.
